All Evo's have it. The 03s and 04s have it set higher stock than the regular rev limiter so its in effect disabled.

Hey guys, which brand do you guys use for the oil filter replacement?

Bought a mobile one oil filter but does not fit, have to change it tomorrow. BLEH.
