Yes they wine really loud. With your interior completely stripped you can hear it 10x more.

I have already talked to Aaron so im sure Im fine

But it never hurts to hear some other experiences with this matter

It is not really bad, if your not paying attention you wont notice it. If you are really listening for it, its just a little hum.

I love the sound...makes it sound like a purposeful car. No back seats, no trunk liners, anything. I hear my fuel pump, loud *** exhaust, and coilovers, and whatever else that is loud. Sounds like it should...except for the fact it can be hard to talk sometimes

^you seriously that stripped Derek? Damn, how much do you track the car?

BTW - I almost never hear my Walbro, ever since installing it. I say almost never because when we had that week of hot weather I heard it once after I let the car idle in the sun for about an hour (I was napping with the infant with the AC on). I woke up and immediately heard a whine (almost a buzzing sound).

I shut the car off and turned the key back on and immediately heard the whine. I shut the car off again and this time started it and I could hear the whine. I shut the car off and let it cool for a few hours and haven't heard it since.

For now cause I am too lazy to put everything back in from the coilover install. Actually the backs seats are back in now. Have to use all 5 seats for drunk people transportation on the weekends

Okay Ryon - you obviously want to spill the beans. What do you have going on? Did you strap a Huey turbine where the back seat used to be? BTW - I think I PM'd you a few days ago.

Got it Derek. I was wondering how much tracking you had gotten in since you got the coilovers on recently.

*edit - nevermind Ryon, I saw your thread about the cage.

I just got the coils on last week, so far it's only been breaking speed limits on the back roads . Have an appt at G2 for my corner balance/alignment and some bushing installs tomorrow. Gonna try to make it to the lapping day in Brem on the 4th.

Nice! I'm glad you didn't sell it especially to see how much you're getting into it!

$364 later from G2 = lots of camber, perfect corner weights, and a knarly *** stance. AMS delrin bushings aren't fun to install I guess either. Damn the car drives like a go kart though. Chris down their definately knows their stuff...left the car overnite and picked up a monster.

Glad to hear it, G2 will be installing coilovers, rear bar, camber plates, and whiteline roll center kit on my IX next week.
