Have you been to Vegas in August? I was there a few years back and it was 127 - 130 during the day (we took some pix of the thermometer readings; I'll have to try and find them) and I don't believe it dropped under 100 at night. Of course, there is lots of AC, gambling, and whooores to keep your mind off of the heat.
