I haven't forgotten about this thread Ive just been busy. Tonight I picked up the charge pipes and the parts of the downpipe that still needed to be welded together after we tack them friday. I also bought a bead roller to do the charge pipes I plan on firing the car Friday night after work and changing all the fluids to get it ready to hopefully drive Sunday.

I finally wrapped everything up this weekend on the evo along with having a great birthday with friends.

Startup-First start in ten months was tonight!

Engine bay is complete until winter tear down for coating and minor changes.

Thanks, if all goes well with the first drive it will probably be hitting a dyno after the shootout. It was street tuned last year and Id like to hit a dyno before I race it this year.

Thank you, Ive been stressing out about this Shootout deadline. Hopefully nothing major pops up that I can't fix quickly. Right before the first start up I decided I didn't like the way the oil feed was ran and had a banjo break off in the head, luckily it wasn't tight and I was able to remove it and had a spare.

I'll have some more pics up once I get it driving and cleaned up, probably around the SO time.

Adam Blevins did the base tune last year to get it running. It was pretty spot on. Fathouse and I do the street tuning when big changes are made. If its just little changes or has anything odd pop up Ill make the changes needed to get it straightened out.

When it goes on the dyno this year Blevins will be at the computer.

Unfortunately no, I 110% planned on it but then was asked to be the best man in my buddy's wedding the same weekend and Collin is slammed with work right now too...
