MMMM, look what showed up today!

255/35/18 Hankook Ventus v12 evo tires!! Should be getting them mounted on sat.

Got the wheels ready for paint. Ill be spraying them Fri afternoon, ill post pics when they are finished for sure! It was kinda hard to start scuffing a set of BRAND new wheels lol. Then again, it was nice cause there was absolutely no road grime or debris on them.

Well, I got the wheels sprayed today! Just got finished tearing the tape off of them. They look great! I love the Phantom black on them. I can think my g/f for the color. She suggested it! I cant wait to get them on and in the sun! Now the question is put the center caps in, or leave them out??

Oh, and then look what also showed up today!! BC rm series coilovers. (Thanks again Most-Wanted) These are very nice looking!

Doing a nose chop on a evo 8 bumper kinda defeats the purpose of having the evo 8 bumper in the first place no??

Haha, yea that couple owns like 3 businesses. They are loaded, to say the least. Thats the city lake behind them. My house is much more smaller, .

 

wheels look awsome.. im not sure if this was asked but was that rattle can or sprayed with a gun?

 

I sprayed them with basecoat/clearcoat. The color is Phantom Black off the to evo X.

 

Wheels are on!!! They look a lot better than I was expecting. I am very happy with them! The stance is perfect on the BC coilovers. May go a little higher in the front, not sure yet. Started it up, pulled it outside and gave her the wash she has needed.
