Picked up a second set of track wheels so i can save the Hoosiers for NASA TT.
these are 17x9 +35 with NT05 275/40. the 275 doesn't look pinched on the 9" wheels and it clears the rear pretty nice. no spacers needed for the front either. i'm going to get a set of NT01 275/40 when these are done.

Nice build. Is there a reason why the rear door crease doesn't align with the front? (the crease right about the touge stickers)

Aftermarket rear doors?

the 275/40 NT05 fit pretty nice on the wheel, you'll need to roll the rear quarter panel.

here's a side by side comparison between 275/40 (left) and 255/40 (right), both on 17x9 wheels. you can also see the height difference.

i haven't notice that till you pointed it out. they are stock doors. maybe the doors were pulled off when the roll bar was being built and they weren't align correctly when they were put back on. i'll have to see if i can align them better.

Quote: Nice thread. nice job. I am stealing your honda battery idea though. sorry.
i have been thinking about the same thing for quite some time now. i was thinking of getting an optima honda civic battery and eventually upgrade the alternator to one with a bit more output amperage.

the car was in my garage over the winter for about 4 month from the time it was droped off till it was complete. i was collecting parts and working on it off and on. i wasn't in a rush because i didn't need to drive it.

the car got a retuned over the weekend. i decided to put the stock injectors and fuel pump back in to get 2 mod points back and use towards a front slitter. with the hp i was making i didn't think larger injectors were needed.

huge thanks to PeteyTurbo for working on the car and thanks to Krazyhousecustoms.com for using their dyno.
