Yeah I agree Adam, looks like it got damaged or maybe one of the bolts is loose. I know I had one that actually warped on me. Maybe this is the same thing.

I got a possibility of it being the power steering pulley as well as the bolt that goes into the pulley was not installed during the build. I was also told that it sounds like the bearings are shot. I understand that things like this happens. Assuming this is the case, I will make a post on the Mitsubishi Parts thread on here to see how much the power steering pulley costs as I was told that it is expensive. My two main questions are:

1. Can the pulley be installed without removing the entire engine?
2. Can I still safely drive the car until I get it fixed?

With the car off can you move the pulley with your hand?

Yeah that should be easy enough to do with it with the car off as Adam said.

I will check it out after the holiday as I have the car stored as I am on my way to visit family. Assuming that I can move it, what is the course of action?

Basically take the surp belt off, look to see if there are any bolts loose or take it completely off and start over put the serp belt back on and see if it worked

Oh no. I will not tackle this task at all. I will buy all of the parts and have Archie do the work for me. I can just see myself utterly failing at this task. I am a techy so when it comes down to using my hands, the area between my brain and hands are unable to receive messages.

I am back home and on the grind to determine what the issues are with Megatron. I am going to see if the belt is just in the need of lubricant. I remember this being an issue with my first EVO.
