UPDATES:

So a little while after getting the ignition stuff figured out and getting the CDI in, I started having clutch disengagement issues and went through all those diagnostics, swapped out the master cyl and still no change, so I dropped the trans and to my horror found the flywheel bolts had ripped out of the crank and melted the flywheel to the crank ..

So the end of Sept I got all the parts and went back in and swapped the crank and clutch and got her up again and ready for tuning, I also went and upgraded the oem fuel lines and went with a -8 line and -8 rail.

got the car running and the past few weeks have been working with my buddy as time has allowed for the tuning, and things have been going very well and kicking ***

So had her on a base map and went out and had some fun testing out the set up and making sure everything has been going well

Went out to go work on that tune and ran into the same voltage issues i had previously had .. went and had the battery and alternator tested... both were 100% .. so i knew it was another grounding issues .. so i added another battery ground and another motor ground .. along with re grounding the wires near the under hood fuse box with new connectors .. and when she fired back up everything seemed extremely happy and voltage seemed to be holding solid .. gonna log some more tomorrow and see what shes doing ... and then hopefully work on the tune more this sunday

got some more tuning done after the alt swap up to 44-5 psi and pig rich AFRs (10.8).. so gonna throw some more boost at it and lean out the AFRs some to hit the target 11.4/5

here is a vid of a little pull

update .. so while out and about ... the other night i ended up hitting my AFR-boost safety shutdown .. upon reviewing the logs the conclusion was reached the 4 bar map sensor was being maxed out and causing the ecu to freak out and not know how to respond to the higher boost .. as such the easiest answer from everyone was the AEM 5 bar .. well me being me .. that wasnt the answer .. i did a quick search for map sensors and stumbled across the Omni 7 bar .. same exact price .. same PnP set up .. and reads higher .. that to me was easier then wiring in the AEM 5 bar .. and running a boosts source line and then having to block the hole in the IM .. so im very happy .. just got it in the mail and should be tuning and dialing her in tonight .. fingers crossed this will be the last time !! and i can get some final tuning done tonight
