Evo X MR DOM 2.0 and them some
Evo X MR DOM 2.0 and them some
Finally pulled the trigger and got some"basic" bolt-ons for my 2008 Evo X MR. Here's what's currently on the car:
- AMS widemouth down-pipe
- 3" TBE
- No cat
- 3-port boost solenoid
- ETS 4" FMIC, full piping
- ETS Intake
With the above list of mods, minus the ETS FMIC and Intake, the car dyno'ed 321whp/301wtq on 93oct, by Scott @ TTP. Never got it retuned when I added the ETS FMIC and Intake.

So I finally got most of the new parts in today:
- Dominator 2.0XT
- ETS Tubular Exhaust manifold (not pictured)
- GSC 2 Cams
- GSC Beehive springs/Retainers
- 850cc Deatsch injectors
- Walbro pump
- Cosworth headgasket (1.1mm)
- ARP head studs
- COBB XLE BOV
- Agency Power lightened crank pulley
- SSP 600hp Clutch Packs (not pictured)

I'm shooting for 400whp on 93oct, and hoping to keep the torque down enough to save the motor and transmission. I don't track the car and barely drive it on the street as I work from home every day. Honestly, haven't even turned the car on in two weeks!
I just want some extra ponies under the hood when I do drive it, and maybe an occasional 1/4 run for fun, nothing competitive. Having said that, I went with the SSP 600hp clutch packs, but no coolers.
I live in Fort Myers, FL and will likely take the car to AWD Motorsports this time around for tuning; anyone have experience with them? I've heard/read good things, so far. I would go back to Scott @ TTP but AWD is a much closer drive.
Look for updates and pictures on how things are going as I make progress. Any tips or things to consider while I push forward would be great, otherwise, wish me luck!

Wondering if I should ditch the Deatsch 850s and go with ID1000s? Thinking of quality and flow.. I've read some negative things about Deatsch - should I be concerned?
Also, I'll be mating the injectors with a Walbro 255.
