The car is done. I been so busy I have had no time for updates. The custom dash, race pak, is all installed. The car is currently at the tuners shop getting dialed in. He has a lot to do with it so it will be a week or so before I get it back.
Let's hope so. Let's hope I don't find anything else to distract me.
The plan once it is tuned is to hit the track a few times before the shootout. Make some soft hits to the car and just make sure its working properly and going straight. If all gos well and I don't break it I will have the car with me at the shootout set on everything it has. What will that be I don't know haha. But for now I'm just looking to drive it and clip off a new PB. No real goal in mind until I'm comfortable with it.

Same here. And so far the experience is great. He has answered all 920 questions I have asked, helped me with a lot of setup stuff, and is spending a lot of time making sure the details like cold/warm start, idle, and part throttle is perfect on the car. As for power. We will see what it does at the track.
what was your fuel setup?
i tapped mine out again, so im going to toss in a second 450 and swap to STM 650 cams and see what it maxs out then.
after that who knows lol. i want to keep the stock tank, maybe i can toss a 044 inline to help out a bit more.. someone just needs to make a triple in-tank pump setup for these cars already!

Dual 450s with the reliefs pushed in
Dual 8AN off the hanger to single 10AN to the fuel rail. 10AN from the fuel rail to the FPR. From the FPR back to the tank is 8AN.
Injectors are ID2K's

Its not the pumps that I'm out of. At a 45 base pressure I'm out of injector. You should have zero issues with twin 450s .
I'll be making a setup that uses a Magnafuel 750 protuner pump that will work on stock tank/hanger. I don't know how the twin 450s will work with 8 injectors. I assume no problem but I don't feel like finding out.
