All I know is it happened. It wiped out a fresh TRE tcase and a 2 fresh Shep tcases. I can't say definitively it was the ACD tune. But I put a used (75k Miles) stock tcase in the car after those other 3 went bad, and it lasted 2yrs with track days and autocross with the ACD tune. So, for THREE freshly built tcases to go out, but used tcase to be fine tells me new gears do not like the tuned ACD.

ER.

But like I said, on a used tcase it wasn't a problem.

I talked with Jon about it, and he said he could see it being an issue with brand new gears.

So with my new stuff, I'm just going to run a stock ACD tune for a few thousand miles.

Finally have my schedule cleared up, most of my parts are here, or on their way. Motivation is building up. Forecasting some horsepower in about 4 weeks. Missing the ole girl, so the sooner the better.

Got the interior portion of the harness pulled out through the firewall pass through. Was not too bad. Took ~2.5hrs. Had to remove the center console and the passenger seat to get to a few different things, and the passenger side windshield cowling to get to the windshield wiper motor.

I feel yah. Typical custom alarm install could take anywhere from 5-15 hours depending and is also a PITA. In case you guys haven't seen these sub panels before they are great, especially when the gadgets really start adding up.

If the car had a bunch gadgets I would def have a dedicated panel for add ons, but it doesn't. The Zeitronix is self contained- oil pressure, AFR, and water/oil temp go to one control box then the display. It has one power and one ground for everything. Only other "addition" to the wiring is the dual voltage rewire for the fuel pump.

I just have the Zeitronix spliced into the harness at the stock ECU for power, ground, TPS, RPM, and then wired the analog output for the wideband into the rear O2.

Replace the EBCS plug with the correct plug for my Pierburg solenoid, Cut the MAF plug off and soldered the IAT lead on, replaced the injector connectors because they were all broken, etc...

Going to be tinkering with the brakes throughout the week. Rebuild the X calipers for the front, rebuild the stock rears. I have RB stainless Pistons for both.
Then engine assembly can start next weekend. Probably take 7-10 days to get the long block ready to go in.

My drive train shipped from TRE last weekend, delivery is scheduled Monday. My head arrived from headgames yesterday. And my manifolds and TB should be back from Curt early next week as well.
