Another steak update.
Brushed with olive oil, salted heavily. Grill at 550, flip once, 2:15/side. Pepper on top side after flip. Blue cheese on while it's resting for 10 minutes. Consume.

What happened to our engine ****? We must be on commercial break, 
Before the big dyno day I had tuned out this thread, I like most of you were looking forward to “Let’s” results. I happen to live around the corner from where English Racing holds the tuning and where all the excitement happens. I showed up to see another friends car be tuned and while approaching the the entrance I saw “Let’s” but no Evo. After talking with his close friend he spilled the news, Engine issues... I was so shocked, I couldn’t believe it. Well I will stay tuned to the **** either way it’s good. I too love to grill and do it several days a week.

I got a 100% complete 9 head (sensor housings w/sensors and reluctor wheels, mivec gear, solenoid, cams, lifters, rockers, etc) , 9 ECU, and 9 "control wiring harness" for $1400 shipped. Seller said I just need to replace the connector for one of the cam sensors, no big deal, can get those for about $10-$15.
Even if I didn't find that deal, the harnesses and ECU's come up on eBay regularly. I wouldn't be doing the conversion if I had to frankenstein an 8 harness, no thank you...LOL. Thanks for looking into that for me though.
In case anyone was wondering the head will be going to Head games for their race port package #2.

It's a complete harness. You need the Evo9 engine harness. IIRC mitsu calls it the main control harness.
And then the plug for the trans harness is different, so you need a 9 trans harness ( the sub harness for the VSS and reverse switch).
And you definitely don't have to pull the dahs to change the harness. Just the center console.
And then the plug for the trans harness is different, so you need a 9 trans harness ( the sub harness for the VSS and reverse switch).

Look like i will need both harnesses. I have a 04 so i do not have acd. but I guess since the pinout for the ecu is different i will need that harness as well

Went shooting and grabbed a few pics of the raptor while we were out there.
sorry about all the bad luck! That is my worst fear dropping coin for a legit engine build and it failing shortly after...but I guess you gotta pay to play right? Hopefully engine build v2.0 will be much better
