Made some more progress, got the rear brakes bled with the staging brake, installed harnesses, then proceeded to cut the bumper for the dump setup, I really like the way the surround looks with everything else. Finally, I cut the carbon plate that I had for the center console, all I have to say is cutting thick carbon SUCKS! I went through 3 cutters trying to get this thing cut so I could install it however the preliminary results look good.

brand doesnt make it a dog box,the engagement type does.......it is no longer a syncronized box....do you not see the dog engagement?

I completely understand that it is dog engagement n9w..... HOWEVER, my reasoning for saying it wasn't a dogbox is because most people associate dog box with spur gears or "straight cut gears" since this is not the case I stated it was not a dogbox.

Yes these are liberty faceplate but they have a few extras that Noone has yet. I'm doing some testing for liberty on a few optionss to make this setup better than it's ever been. I can't release it all until we finish testing but I will tell you Dan Buschur is my transmission guy and eleverything that we test is going to be available exclusively through him.

Correct. Too many people think that straight cut = dogbox, when really its about the engagement type.

yeah dogbox is just the engagement type...albins dogboxes use a helical cut gear...ppg and many other dog boxes use straight cut gears...

the liberty faceplated stuff works awesome, now im curious to see what extras you are using....i know prior to my buddy they had done quite a few 1-2 sets but never a 3-4 for evo trannies...the first attempt by liberty utilized a modified stock shift fork that promptly broke on the first pass...lol

Was a bit of a pain in the ***.... but I installed my bottom mount aerocatch pins yesterday. I was a little scared as I ordered the bottom mount pins by accident and heard horror stories about how much of a pain they were especially with a carbon hood. While it's not major progress it's something.
