I was going to drop the motor in today but I was missing the small Tease oring. Figured I'd wait until next weekend so I don't have to snake that damn tcase in after the motor was installed.
Fun built. Why did you go with the 70 MM throttle body over the 65?
Fun, yes but not for the wallet. I bought the car with the curt brown extreme ported intake manifold and 70mm tb. If it didn't come with the car I would've went with the 65mm.
This is awesome! You have come so far in just a few months. This is why I don't understand people who leave their cars at shops for years LOL. Nice job blackline, i'm sure everyone is excited to see a start up video.

Thanks Pal! The past 6 months has been rough and fun with this build. I've learnt much about this engine and car to where doing it again will be quicker(Knock on wood as I don't wanna have this issue again, lol) I'm really excited to hear this ***** start and will def upload a video. My brother bought me a bottle of Johnny walker: Blue label and said "Crack this bottle when it starts and finish it after the tune", lol. Guess it helps having all the tools minus a lift(getting one in the summer) and friends that share the same passion.
Here's a pic of the ugly engine bay, when I update to a bigger turbo I'll tuck and clean everything up...one day.
