glws, but you really need to lower your price. Anyone buying this is taking a risk that sleeving is all it will need, and that costs $$$

AFAIK you cannot buy a bare block from Mitsu..you need to buy the shortblock assembly...which is just under $2500, where the hell you guys finding bare blocks from? Link please? PM me if needed.
