Hello, I have a CAI I bought for my 03' lancer when I had it. I never got around to installing it and I sold the car when I got my evo, so this part is still brand new been sitting in the box. Its a no name brand.. not sure what other years it will fit on, comes with all hardware in picture (clamps/bolts etc)
