Just so you know, there is an issue with the factory head units that if they are disconnected from power more than ~ 1 hour they will require entering a factory code to get them to work. If you dont have the code then it is just a piece of metal.

Really, i pulled mine out of my car and had it storage for over a year and just the other day i put it on a talon and it worked. No code needed.

I do not know about there being a code that is needed for it to work. Just plug and play into your evo. Bump for you bud.
