No. Can't tell you specifics but there's no way you won't at least have to roll the rears.

Yes, they are. The LE28 is a limited edition CE28, I just listed them as CEs to cut down on confusion.

By "well used" do you mean this one was thrown off a cliff? The other three look pretty good, but this one looks bent. I wouldn't mind curb rash for this price. Is this wheel even usable?
