Ram Manifold
The manifold is fitted with a 38mm Tial Wastegate flange and is tapped for an EGT sensor probe.

It could work. You actually have two options if you're set on using a T25 or T28 turbo.
1) You could have the flange cutoff and a T28 flange welded on in place
- or -
2) You could get an adapter like this one: T25/28 to T3 Turbo Adapter
Just a side note. If you change the turbo, then the downpipe would need to be altered as well since the downpipe was made using the above manfiold and turbo.
