I have a 2005 ACD transfer case that has 3100 miles on it. I will have Jon from TRE inspect the case for the buyer. Selling for $1850 shipped to your door. The cheapest I have seen these for is $3200. has raised the price on these lately.

UPDATE: for $1850 I will have TRE reshim the gearset and bevel gears for good mesh. This is a $200 option!

I bought a whole drivetrain out of a 05 and I have a 04 so I did not need the t-case.

 

I was going to rob the gears out of it but I found a good 04 case to replace mine.

Do you have any idea how much Jon would charge to build it? That is, to reprofile the ring and pinion gears to have a better contact pattern or whatever he does to make it stronger? I'm working alot this week and don't have time to try to get ahold of him and I didn't see it on his site.

We need a spare TC for this race season for the EVOlutionary/Showcase Mitsubishi autocross car, so I am very interested. Just have to see what the budget is looking like. Thanks!

My guess would be around $200 or so. I talk to him a while back about it and it seems like it was about that. Let mek now if you want it I will have Jon do the work so I can get it to you right away. I live about 3 miles from his shop so it is not a big deal to run it down to him.
