I have two 5-spd transmissions. Both are from 2003 evo's. One has a bad 3rd gear syncro...the other works perfectly but has a 4 inch long piece missing on the bell housing but doesnt affect the mounting points..it's directly on the top of the transmission.
I would like to get $2500 shipped for both.
I spoke to John @ TRE. He said if I sent them both, he would trade for one of his rebuilt ones..you pay the shipping.

if you look right at the top you can see a small piece missing..less than an inch. The cherry pickers smacked the bell housing. doesnt affect anything, mount and bolts up fine. Transmission is fully functional and in great working order, just has a small chip out of the bellhousing inbetween the two bolt mounting holes. Mileage on this transmisssion is 12,446

This one is perfect on the outside, but has a bad 2nd gear syncro. mileage on this one is 19,020 miles and has only seen a factory clutch.
