Built engine (testing waters)

I recently swapped a 2.4 into my car and I still have my stock 2.0 4G63 block. I was going to build a back up engine, but I dont want it to sit around and collect dust.

I would rather have a customer select what crank, rods, pistons, bearings and other components to install before I do a build. This way they can choose what parts they want in it, what compression ratio they want for fuel use, and stroke. Also, will need to know what the power goals are and boost to set the ring gaps and PTW accordingly.

It will be a complete short block. I can do a complete long block as well but the price will go up.

There will not be a core charge.

With the block work, wiseco 1400HD, Manley H-beams, bearings, crank, oil pump, oil pan, pick up tube, oil scraper, oil filter housing, it will be around $2,500 + shipping. The price will go up for manley turbo tuff rods, aftermarket crank, etc...

The build will be documented and blue printed so you knwo what you are getting.

PM me if you have any questions or are interested.

he has a 4g63 to build, not a 4g64. 2.4L is not an option from a 4g63

It can only be made into a 2.3L using the 4G64 crank.

9.5:1 would be ideal.

If you plan on running on e-85 most of the time, you can go to 10:1 and run low boost on your 91 map.
