How does that work? Or is that not right? 0.5" is about 13mm, so let's say half of it contributes to the "outside" part - 6.5mm. so I gain 7mm pushing the wheel back "in" with the 17x9.5, and I lose 6.5mm pushing the wheel out based on the width of the wheel itself. isn't that going to be nearly a wash?

I'm on the stock 17x8 BBS wheels right now on 245/45-17, and I barely have any space between the coilover springs and the tire itself. How does that work?
Your stockers are +38, so of course they will sit further inboard & closer to the coilover

Regarding the +25 vs +32

Its a bit of a wash. The +32 is certainly a better EvO offset but the 9.5" exaggerates the offset making it similar to the +25
Here's the overlay which shows they are both similar w/the slight stretch on the 9.5" wheel

awesome. have I told you I loved you lately??

so I was debating with 17x9 +25 vs 17x9.5 +32 with the wedssport tc105ns. as far as I can tell from your diagram, no real reason not to go 17x9.5

LOL, Brotherly love your way as well

Either way, they both fitup similarly, but the 9.5" gives you more tire options

yup, that's what i'll go with! I've got a shop that does rolls, I'm assuming i'll still need to roll the front and rear a bit, based on this pics in this thread:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sa...era-zii-s.html

dunlops def run wider than the re71r, but still will be close. hopefully it clears everything! may have to adjust the heights on my ohlins, see if I can run a tiny bit more camber etc though I'm sure suspension wise I should clear. sometimes hard to tell how it all moves under extreme loads though
