I had the 3.2 in my 04 with bolt ons. After the break in period it was almost as smooth as stock and held up to daily driving and some minor track use. I didn't have any experience with lock out and shifts were pretty fast, at least I like to think so

there is also a good review on the homepage in case you haven't seen it.

The Fidanza 3.2 Clutch kit is a 4 puck sprung hub with a Kevlar friction surface. It is light weight and is rated at 511 flywheel tq. This clutch disc has a break-in period of at least 500 miles. The Fidanza 3.2 will shift quickly and is a good choice for a modified street car.

I may be reviewing the 3.2 unit in the near future on my own Evo... coming from the Exedy twin HD, and the CM stage 3 full face Kevlar before that.
