ETS HFC vs MAP Evo X Catted Mid Pipe

Curious if the ETS HFC is worth the $400+ more than the MAP cat or if I'd be fine with the MAP pushing about 25-28psi and upwards of 400whp

ETS HFC: https://www.maperformance.com/products/ets-high-flow-cat-test-pipe-mitsubishi-evo-x?gc_id=20327837969&g_special_campaign=true&gad_so urce=1&gclid=CjwKCAiArfauBhApEiwAeoB7qDec6PsH6nrIe lECwf03D8bK9jI-7YFk2M5PfvyGytRadHCPl7KZTxoCKhkQAvD_BwE

MAP: https://www.maperformance.com/products/map-evo-x-catted-mid-pipe-2008-2015-mitsubishi-evo-10-evox-tp?gc_id=20108800047&g_special_campaign=true&gad_s ource=1&gclid=CjwKCAiArfauBhApEiwAeoB7qNsvcE-JIsUU5sO7cN5dE5uRWY9okEmkSSyRzVwDltPQBbdczFHepBoCn 58QAvD_BwE

Any answers would be greatly appreciated, apologies if this has been answered elsewhere.

You should make yourself a test pipe for hundreds less.

Need to worry about passing inspection as well. Also I don't have the skills or tools necessary to do something like that.

That must be a pricing error on the MAP one. The GESI cat by itself costs roughly $400.

MAP is no longer using the GESI Cat due to cost and availability issues. They use a "generic" 200 cell HFC now. Source- I talked with them about this exact thing earlier this week when trying to find out the cell count.

Ah, thats why it's cheaper. It is a very inferior cat. I would pass on that, spend the money for the ETS with GESI cat.
