I'll look into a rating system that isn't going to get abused.

because i'm too proud and too arrogant to let someone tell me that i am wrong.

i only post **** i know about. so if someone says "no, you are wrong, it's this" and does it without spelling a single word correctly, and no puncuation, and no proper word placement, it offends me. you wouldnt' disrespect a moderator, would you? well some of us more knowledgable members feel that we (yes i'm including me in this) should get some respect too. basically it's just to inflate further our over-inflated heads and making us think we are important.

Actually it would work. When's the last time you seen a Moderator moderate in late night? I know they Moderate the whole daylight. So who watches the forums in the latest of nights? There's also some people who misname threads, put threads in wrong forums, at night. Then we look for a Moderator to do their job at night, but no luck because there not on. When there not on, that's when the Night Moderators come in as a relief Moderator. I understand the Moderators got lifes too. So that's why there should be a secondary type group of Moderators to keep the forums in tip top shape even in the latest of hours.

When everyone signs up for these forums they agree to certain terms and conditions. If you do not follow them, you will eventually be banned. Generally speaking, being disrespectful includes breaking forums rules, and creates an unpleasant atmosphere. If you can't follow the rules, there will be problems. They're not difficult to understand and they're not asking much. It's that simple. You're using someone else's forum and he's providing a service for all of us from staff to guests. Think of it as being in a stranger's house.

EDIT: And both Paul and I are on late at night a lot of the time. We just don't sit around and watch the forums. We'll usually just do things as they need to be done.

i think he meant cause of different time zones. but you are right, because i've been on here at 3-4 in the morning (eastern time) and there is almost NO ONE else on. so the nights, during US times, is a sort of dead zone (especially if you consider the fact that most if not all hte mods live here in the states).

actually...i'd rather stay evolving...it seems that people think that just because you are a evolved member you know all the answers.hmmm...maybe i should make a new name and everytime i get close to a status change simply make a new one just to stay a newbie (like newbie1.0 , then newbie1.2 , newbie1.3...and so on) so i am not afraid to ask the little questions i dont know but people think your status makes you know these things.does it really matter in the "Real" world???
