I think your Confused. Yes they also do advance the Community and its great to think that we're getting faster everyday. But dont forget that these guys are here to make money! So a middle man like WarrTalon is a must since he proves what there parts can do on the regular. Getting your panties in a knot isnt going to help out anywhere. what do you plan to get outta this whole arguement?

who the hell gave you the right to put people in check?!?!?! are you a moderator? if you knew anything you would know that there is no such thing a s a stupid question. people ask questions so they can learn which is the smartest thing a person can do. neither you nor anybody else have the right to put a person down for asking a question regardless of how many times it was asked before. calling newbies morons shows alot in this case. and btw, how long have you been on this board????

 

i think warttalon helps alot but i do agree with the fact he has a negative attitude... people should be able to post what they want and not have to worry about him flaming them when they do! simple solution next time he does it disable his account and he might not do it again! this isnt a negative comment towards warttalon i just think he needs to lighten up a bit!

There have been times where Warr has been wrong, has had to put his foot in his mouth and take it like a man. He has also showed alot of knowledge in drag racing and I have gained respect for him. Remember this is the internet and as much as some of us are straight and no bs, there are guys who just flat out lie. I bet there is even a few folks on here that claim to have an evo and don't, and just as many who have posted inflated dyno numbers or 1/4 times. I see warr as a straight no bs guy who learns and shares his knowledge. I am sure do to his many tones he has affended many of users. Well you and others are just going to have to get over it.

 

Best mod on these boards and I totally agree. I wish some of the other mods where as mature as you have been

You make pointless posts like " I won't help you because I don't like your mod list or what you are using your car for" why post stuff like that? read a post and if you don't want to respond then don't, instead you reply to the post by saying I don't want to help you. you sir make me sick, again you lie about not putting people down when you always do.

This is funny. I don't post a lot but I read evom regularly and I agree with the original post that Warr and many other evom members tend to come off very negative, especially toward newbies or questions that have been asked already. But hey, they're allowed to post their opinions on this forum too just like everyone else. I do think though that the negativity hurts the evo community because potentially educational discussions get bashed by know-it-all members. They may know a lot but they don't know everything.

Oh and the whole thing about Warr saying he's doing a "service to the community" is pretty hard to swallow with the way he disrespects members on this forum. While he does give out some good info, it seems he's not doing so much of a service to the community as it is a service to his own ego.
