But this was not a case of blatenly "ripping" anyone off. If anything it was miscommunication that we will never know about because the original salesman is no longer here. And my promises dont go empty so dont insult me. You dont know me. If i say im going to do something ill do it, those turbos are built for us, not by us. If that was my sale, an RMA would have been issued from the manufacturer and you would have sent it back to them for repair..its that simple. Let me ask again, who you spoke with? Whats your name so i can look up th einformation?. And paying to fly someone here just to end up back in jail for from the damage inflicted, that just seems obsurd, dont you think? Though, i am intimidated by his E Fighting skills...i will say that (rolleyes).

Coming here and posting BS about myself and SBR Inc. will not make me give into you, I am sorry. Coming onto a public forum you got your sympathy like you were looking for - but at the end of the day you still have 100% store credit like I told you on the phone.

Do you think you get what you want by throwing a temper tantrum like a three year old? Not going to work with me Jay - sorry again.

Feel free to email me when you need pricing - or call any of us here.. we will be happy to walk you through what's in stock and could ship until 4:00 today.

After reading all these replies, SBR seems to want to fight and not give one crap about a well known customer and could care less about new customers.

I think it is time to do some cleaning around here. These guys do not answer questions with a legitimate response and ***** foot around the whole policy thing so it tailors to there need.

At this point I think it is fair to get rid of these guys because they will not honor anything. As a large community, we do not need Mike Huml around. This is a straight out scam artist just paying to do so IMHO. They show no honor to the people who have made him wealthy and continue to **** over anyone who has a disagreement with them.

There a gold vendor, which means they probably pay a decent amount of dough.

So in conclusion, this thread is going nowhere.

So don't do business with them if you don't like them, that's certainly your right as a consumer. This thread is clearly not needed, the one in the Review section is quite sufficient.
