Filtering options

Is there any way to filter out off-topic when I check the new posts? I don't sit here all day, so when I do log on, I like to check the new posts, but there are always tons of off-topic nonsense that I don't want to sort through. Is possible to de-select off-topic during the new post search? (I really could care less about someone's love life or their poll about whose farts smell worse)

Thanks!

Chris

Well that fixed it for the homepage, but it still shows up in New Posts... I guess I need a mod or KK to give me a hand...

Currently we don't have any options to filter the new posts page. That "My Forums List" feature only affects the mainpage, not the forums you see in the new posts page. Maybe in the future Mark can do something about it.

I may be able to do this by removing OT from the search results, but I'll have to see. It's not really built into the software and would be pretty complex to remove, although there may be some way to use the custom list in that one area.... hmmm.

I've been asking for a my forums list from VB, but so far, no luck

Thats an excellent idea Chris. Hopefully Mark can work something out with it.
