You can either rename the file, or just find the old pic's URL and use the image codes ( {img} link here {/img} Replace { } with [ ] )

Delete cookies, temp. files, etc. Worked for me....for a while. I have the same problem as you. Still looking for a permanent fix.

What type of pc and browser are you using? I'll check and see if this is a bug.
