Good Houston Place For Tranny Fluid Change?

Any recommendations for a place in Houston to get my tranmission, t-case, diff fluids changed? (Sugar Land area prefered.)

I tried the local oil change place, but they looked it up in their book and said they'd have to yank the speedo cable to do it, and that was more hassle than they felt comfortable with.

My preference is not to take it to the dealer, since the prices are outrageous and the wait times too long.

Thanks in advance.

IIRC, Lowness went to a place on Hwy. 6 just north of Old Richmond(on the west side of the street). He said they did a good job for a fair price. I wish I remember the name of the place but once you drive up to the location, you can't miss it.

I recommend you take it to Carboy on Bissonnet, between Beltway 8 and Hwy 59. I forgot the exact street name.

If you take it to Kam's house with your favorite fluids, Kam will help you do it for free.

Wow, that's generous! I would, of course, like to offer something like pizza and beer in return.

I'd like to do it before the May 7-8 TWS date.

I'm shooting you an e-mail when I'm done with this, so we can talk more.
