I visited a shop called Velocity and thats in carrolton off of beltline and was wondering if they were any good. Any other shops around that are good please inform me of them. Thanks

Welcome to DFW window!
Forced Performance is a turbo manufacturer located in McKinney. FP have been around for some time and have a great reputation. They are not a traditional shop like Alamo however....they focus on development manufacture of turbos.
There are very few shops here that we can recommend...Alamo is probably your "best" choice right now. The local Evo guys can give you some further input as some have had personal experience with the local shops. Speaking of...
...if you are interested in hooking up with a great group of Evo enthusiasts here in DFW, we have a club called the North Texas Evo Club that is now over a year old and growing. If you would like more info, feel free to check out the new NTEC website, ntexasevos.org or just send me a private message.

NTEC is a very nice and knowledgeable group, with the exception of Monkey...he is neither.
Enjoy the EVO and I'm sure we'll be seeing you soon. And come to the track day at MSR on July 1st and check out the Forced Performance Stage I and II packages before you do anything...these guys seem to have their spish together.

before you do anything, i suggest you come to a meet or two and talk to some of the guys in our group. Our members have a wealth of knowledge, and dridge is the man with most of it.
There is a lot of mis-information out there and you could easily begin to go down the wrong path..
