Talking Evo at the Track

Ok so I went to the track again last night, weather was a little better. Only time I had gone before I was hitting 14.0 and 14.1 w/ 98 traps...just couldn't launch.

So I go last night and finally clip a 13.92 in my first few runs. But never better for the next hour or so. I lose the bracket race because I suck

Right before I was about to leave I decide to make a few more passes.

1st
13.79@97
2nd
13.69@99
3rd
13.50@100

I think I figured out some interesting thing about shift points and was basically shifting to late before in 1st and 2nd gear, when I shifted alittle earlier...around 6k or so in 1st and 2nd my traps were consistant 99/100's. Anyway I was delighted because I thought my car was slow, but it atleast seems par.

What was your 60ft times?

Launching is the key with a AWD car.

Pretty consistant 1.9's and a few 1.8's. My 13.50 was a 1.81.
