I'm soon to have my EMS on the srt and needed someone to show me the ropes. Only one guy has the EMS that linves around me and he tends to be stuck up. I don't want anyone to tune it but just teach. I always do my own work and I learn faster then you believe. Anyone up, i'll give em 20 bucks whoever does.

 

Good luck finding anyone cool enough to teach you how to tune.... as most people you come across will be stuck up.....

Just imagine how much money you can make if you knew how to tune the AEM properly?????????????????

Thats why most everyone is "secretive" and hesitant to share their tricks and knowledge....

 

i think you should go ask your srt4 forums! only people i know have tuners tune their cars

 

Joseph? You got an AEM EMS now? oh damn! Must have a few new mods to the neon since I saw it last...

 

Like I said Danny, only one person here in DFW that I know has it, and I'm almost certain he won't show me. Like the guy above said, most people are stuck up.

Why yes I have just a few though....The EMS should be here sometime this week or maybe next at the most. I still have to get a few pieces until I can install it.

but hey, I need some tires BAD for the evo. Wanna hook me up with some 235/45/17's? I need all 4.

Well shoot I don't think we have got anymore tires in that size without having to order them. But PM if you want, i think i have an idea that would work.

 

What set-up are you running on your car?

 

Stock turbo with the supporting mods in my sig. Trying to push the stocker to the max. I'll be running a 680CC injectors with some water/meth injection later on.

 

Let my know how it goes. I am planning on purchasing the AEM unit in March and finishing up the Neon. A friend of mine local to San Antonio has a good amount of experience tuning on AEM. He will be helping me get familar with the unit. I know quite a bit about the Power FC unit, but never have done any tuning with the AEM. If he was closer I am sure he would help you out. Get that W/I kit soon. It is going to do wonders for you.

Unfortunatly, the only person in the Evo club here with an AEM EMS that I know of has all his tuning done by a shop and absolutly no knowledge of how to tune it.

 

That's grand, does anyone know if Kelly in the silver 8 knows anything? He looks like he's in his high 30's maybe 40. He runs an EMS I think.

 

Kelly runs Autronic... so no he prolly won't be able to help you with tuning an AEM.
