Bob,

Unfortunately as you know when road tuning we don't have any numbers. I will be doing some logging over the next week and using Evoscan, Dataloglab and anything else I can find to try and come up with some quantifiable data.

EVERYONE that got tuned called back to comment on the "feel" of their car afterwards. From the response, they were all sporting "smiley faces"!

I know that my IX with the FPGreen, first gen GSC mivec cams and some other goodies feels great! Driveability is as good as it's ever been including when it was stock and it pulls very nicely although I haven't gotten a chance to really put it through it's paces.

Chris was extremely thorough and I never sensed that he was "rushing" at any time. He kept going until it was good and you could actually SEE the cars getting faster as they passed by, it was that obvious!

Tony

^^^Fantastic. I think there had been a "little" dissatifaction from some of the other tuners that came down. It's great to hear that everyone is smiling!

I believe those who attended this tune were more interested in their engine's health than it's numbers

I think I know where you're coming from, but there's not a person on this site that doesn't want to make bigger numbers (either TQ or HP)!

It was good to meet everyone from Sunday. The car feels great. It just makes the idea of parting with it that much worse.

Thanks again to everyone that came out and got tuned. I had alot of fun hanging out with you guys and getting your cars to where they should be.

A huge, ginormous thanks goes out to both Tony and Josh for being such a huge help and helping me to efficiently get all the cars done. I don't think it could have gone any smoother and I definitely appreciate your help.

I can't wait to do it again. although I don't anticipate being able to use the runway again, I am sure we can set something up.

From what I understand the owner of the runway was laughing about the couple of people that threw hissy fits So it may still be a viable option in the future And a hugemungous thanks to you Chris for all of your efforts in getting so many great Texas evo owners squared away. A lot of these guys have had some really rough luck and it was so great to see them finally happy. I'm still getting calls about how great the cars are running Oh and Tony, you're the man for making all of this possible

I think Tony should get a medal for not strangling anyone that day.
Thank you so much for your effort and I really appreciate you getting this together for us. Seems like it went much smoother than my last Vishnu/Engine Logics tune, thank god!

Josh, as always, words are not enough and EvoM isn't worthy. Thanks for everything man and get some rest.

It was nice seeing you agian Chris and thanks for the great tune. Glad to hear you enjoyed your time, I heard you couldn't walk after all the BBQ

Hey AMS, did you guys tune an IX's? And if so, do they require fuel pumps on a STOCK turbo?

-Oh yeah, I was SO tired at the end of day one. I think I was stumbling around the BBQ restaurant after eating a rediculously large meal.

-I did tune some ix's, it has been our experience that stock evo 9 pumps are more than enough for stage 3 cars.

I'm still having residual flashbacks from that "jug o' peach cobbler" we all shared at the airport. Proof that prolonged exposure to the sun and traditional southern deserts are a lethal pair
