it doesn't hurt to try and if they don;t want to replace it u can always start complaining that u are still under warranty and threaten to sue, that usually does the trick.
DirtyBrembos doesn't know what he's talking about. I just passed over 36k on my car a couple months ago. Took it into the dealer with 20 miles left on the 36k, and they replaced my wing, and Brembos which had just started peeling.
Service person made a point of asking me if the in-sides of my wing with body color or carbon-fiber.
Take it to Don in Irving, and see if they'll take care of you.

Brembo cleanliness tends to be related to the frequency of cleaning. Brake dust will destroy that **** with a quickness if not washed regularly. That's a hard claim to make and prove, that one would certainly be dealer discretion it seems like.
^in addition to that, the brake fluid if even a drop is spilled on it without being cleaned off, it will completely dissolve the clear on the brakes as well. i've see it happen over night with a set i was gonna get powdercoated. i had the clam sitting on the ground in a puddle of brake fluid after pulling the pistons out. next day picked the clam up and all the clearcoat came off in that spot.
Take it to Don Herring in Irving, they will replace it with either an 8 or 9, your choice. I had mine replaced after 60k. The one thing that dirtybrembos was correct on is that it takes a LONG time, but it is not because they are trying to get the warranty covered, it is because they have to manufacture the wing and ship it here from overseas... The 8 wing is much more sturdy and is the one that I suggest getting.

this was about a year ago.
