You should call Turbochargers.com and ask to speak to Tommy at (713) 681-1111. They are not too quick on web updates so if you really want to know I would call him. Let us know what you find and mention you heard about the shop from this thread.

I doubt Shiv will be coming any closer to Oklahoma and so if you want your XEDE custom tuned this might be your best chance. I will make some hotel recommendations available on my original post. BTW, I'm going to do the Vishnu Evo Stage 1 Regular Series and I will install everything before the tuning day.

Hey Rosso,

I am acctually getting everything in stage 1 except the cat-back. I was just wondering if its okay to install cam gears without tuning and drive all the way to houston?

Yeah I'm going to check on that with Shiv before I install them. BTW, it's no problem to install them at Turbochargers.com during the tuning day because they will have a bay and tech available to help out. I will let you know what I find out.

Hey Evo Rosso, I am in the same boat as you, I would rather do the cam install and exhaust as I am fairly adapt at turning wrenches (I'll let Shiv tap on the tuning keyboard however). Just let me know if he gives the ok on doing the monkey work ourselves and letting him install and tune the Xede.

Sounds good.

I most likely will be putting on a Turboback for an "before & after" dyno if I'm going to do this.

How much is the tuning itself going to be (Stage 0 and Stage 1...same price?) Is there anyway Shiv can tune a VTA blowoff valve w/ the XEDE so that we don't lose any power or have any lag problems?

Thanks!

We will have the upgrade available for purchase and yes we'd love to see some dyno numbers that weekend with the upgrade.

I'm going to be doing a Vishnu Stage 1 install pretty soon, so I'll be getting some experience with the XEDE on the dyno. After that, perhaps we can do a similar type of event here in Dallas.

Someone on another board told me to bring condoms 'cuz I gonna get raped?!! whutz up widdat?

Quick quizzo for yalll:
If I goet the turbob turbo thing and it eats it will trubobobbers.com honor the guarantee or is they gonna blame me? sayin I did something stupid? what would stop them from blaming me even tho I gots skillz? not that theyd do that yo, fo sho.

also, if I don't make more powa do I get my money back? herd some ill wordz about Vishy. sumpin bout his tuning is like leaving you parking brake on 'cept it's more expensive. must be good 'cuz he aint cheep like most other good tuning shops, no mean?

oh! and do we pay that emmissions charge like the sight sez, if we have not cat? if so can I get my emmissions back, maybe in a plastic bag? Im guessin he catches that **** in sumpin since he charges fo it.

Thanks yo.

First off, whatever that "Someone on another board" told you stay on that "another board" and we would appreciate civil, and positive discussion here. We do not want to pick fight between forums.

Secondly, after reading your post several times, I still don't understand what you really mean. Maybe I am not that "cool" at all, who knows?

Anyhow, if you can rephrase what you want to say in more understandable way and in a civil manner, we would really appreciate that. We're not grammar school or something like that. However, if no one can understand your post, it really doesn't help.

Cheers.

I am pretty sure this is one of those "automotive gods" who think they designed the 4G63 and keep hijacking the other Vishnu threads.
