Yeah i fell in love with the sound when i first put the exhaust on. I was really happy with my numbers. The 266 torque was because i was only on 17 psi for those numbers.

I was on 19psi for the 306.5/293 numbers

Thats just the limit of the wrx on pump gas. the EVo has better knock resistance of highboost on limited octane but the wrx likes more timing- Trust me on this you cant run around texas on 19 psi for very long in a wrx

You don't think i'll blow it up on 19 even if i have 104 do you? I only plan on running that when i'm racing or at the track.

Yeah Shiv said it for only 17 on 93 and it still put down good power. It was 19 on 104. So you think if i leave it at those settings i'll be ok? I know when i'm on the 104 and i see the gauge at 19.5 creeping on 20 it sure is scary.

Yeah when i got on the highway on the way out the gauge was sitting at 20. And that was scary. That's as high as my gauge goes. It felt extremely fast though. I'm going to weigh it again today but last time it was 3140 with me in it. But anyways i don't know if i'm supposed to turn it down a little or just leave it. Because he said it was on 19-19.5 psi but he didn't say if i am supposed to set it in third or make it 19.5 the highest it ever sees even in the higher gears.

Sounds like everybody had fun and the cars benefited as well. I am really disappointed now that I was unable to attend. Sounds like I could have learned a few things and drastically increased the performance of my Evo.

Question for those that were there, I would still like to order Vishnu's Stage0 and am wondering if it is still worth it even if I won't be able to have Shiv tune it?

This was really one of those golden opportunities lost. Had fun out of town but don't know if it was that much fun.

Oh hell yea. Remember shiv is always refining maps and he didnt miss this opportunity to add to that. He prolly even has some of ours too. BTW he did make more power over basemaps but they were actuually pretty awesome in #s just his **** self fulling in gaps and smoothing. Sorry you missed it I cant tell you how unbelievable the car feels now pure racecar- and I came from a vf 30 tmic wrx which was nice also but the EVO has a awesome way of finding the 7600 RPM fuelcut

Yeah wizard.. I'm hoping Shiv comes around the South region again sometime in the future. The pocketbook just wouldn't allow the full Stage 1 this time around, but I would deffinatly like to get it done in the future and custom tuned by Shiv again if at all possible.

I don't think you'll be disappointed even with a basemap. Shiv said that my car would end up being the reference for his 93 octane Stage Sub Zero map (may want to verify with him though). So maybe since the tuning was done in the same temp/humidity and on the same gas as you have it might be pretty decent for you.
