Recommended Bodyshop DFW

DFW - Preferrably Fort Worth, Texas (or near there)

Some jackass decided they didn't like my Evo and keyed the entire passenger side of it over the weekend.

AFAIK none of the Mitsubishi dealerships in the metroplex have onsite body shops so I am asking here for recommendations.

I have my own rollodex of good shops but I figured I would ask here.

Thanks.

remember, its up to you what shop to use, dont let your ins. co. steer you to one of their "preferred shops" , that usually means they do cheaper work which in turn costs your ins. co. less money. They may or may not do as good a job though.
Why do people feel the need to be jealous or hateful because someone else has worked hard for something nice?

Yup. Exactly why I'm trying to find a good shop. I wish one of the local dealers had a shop at the dealership but so far I don't know of any.

The dealership that I purchased it from referred me to a local service king collision repair that I don't particuarly care for.

Exactly why I hate parking my car in parking lots. I need to buy a beater and just drive my evo when I feel like having fun and then bring it home immediately, get the beater, and then take that to the bar instead. God I hate people... good luck buddy I hope that you get it all worked out.

Do you have any high end or exotic car dealerships in your area? Ask them who they send their paint work too.

I feel your pain. People are scumbags. When my brother and I went to pick up his beater (96 Integra) he parked his Evo next to the driveway in a culde sac. We were inside the guys house for like 30 minutes when we went outside for a cigerette.

While looking at his Evo we noticed someone had hit his passenger rear door and put a HUGE dent in it.

So someone hit his car in the culde sac and didn't bother to let him know. Which sucked cause it wasn't like it was hard to find us.

He ended up having the entire door panel replaced and painted out of pocket.

People suck.

I have had good experiences with Caliber Collision centers. It looks like they ahve a few places in Ft. Worth, the one that I have experience with is in Plano. I had a 2003 Jetta that was hit in the parking lot of my work. They quoted me 4 days and when I went to pick it up they just finished washing it and the manager was not happy with the results and asked if they could work on improving the paint one more day and they ended up doing a really good job. Of course I did not pay for any of the repairs

just to echo the same sentiments here. i guess its really hard to understand why people do those damn things. its not like you stole the car or something, its something we worked hard for, bought it fair and square and some scumbag decides to key the care or do something worse.

and they say us humans are rational beings.....jeez.

If its not too late then I highly recommend Master Europa off of Whitesettlement rd and Foch. Which is right accross from Autobahn VW. They have done 3 cars for me and I swear its some of the best paint work I've seen. Talk to Jeff or Tommy.
