When and where did you want to meet up to distribute the passes? I know you said 10/17, but anything more specific?

If it is going to be on the 17th, I will not be able to meet up till probably after 6 pm cause I will be driving in from Houston. Maybe have a car club get together at a parking lot or something. Just some thoughts.

 

Just sometime after 10/17 (since that's when I'd pick them up).

I will be at the NTEC meeting on 10/21 in Irving. I also will likely go to RiceKillers on 10/20.

I will be at the TMS bus lot on 10/19 for the SCCA autocross.

Other than that we can figure something out.

Also, I'll post my cell on the thread closer to the date. That way people that don't meet up can call me when they get to the gate and someone will bring them a pass.

I would say pictures will likely be happening the whole time, but the shuffle cars pictures will likely start around 1:30-2pm knowing this crew -- although I bet that Shimanchu gets antsy and will want to do some artsy pics before hand!

Pictures can be taken whenever. I just like keeping all like cars together in one group. Like Kelly mentioned earlier we want all kinds of car enthusiasts here. Just want to keep in mind that this is a NTEC (North Texas Evo Club-keyword being Evo). We want to organize the parking as we see fit for pictures. All Like cars parked next to each other and so forth. I will make an effort to take pics of any car that shows up. Also for the Evo folks, cars of all the same color right next to each other should not happen. ** In a Bob Ross sounding voice - Let's get some contrast here. Put the EVO X's in the middle. Will I ask people to move the cars around alot? Probably. Why? because I want to have some good pictures taken. Danny takes some great pictures and I have a kick *** camera now so let's make the best of this.
