For these events, do you only run 1/8? Also how much is it to run?

Test and tune and all other events, unless otherwise mentioned, at SAR are 1/4mile. Test and tune is 10 to get in, 20 to race.

SAR says that you need a helmet if you run 13.99 or faster. So basically all Evo's need them unless you're bad at launching/shifting

I won't be making it, I was thinking of doing a Friday sometime? Since I'm up in Austin.

When I got my tires changed at a shop up here in Austin, they were selling helmets for about 80 bucks? The shop is Soul Speed. I'm not entirely sure if they're Snell approved, they should be though...
