Anyone from El Paso?
Greetings elpaso from afghanistan, have been reading on this forum for a long time, and learned alot. (as well as dsmtuners) have owned a few dsm's in my time.
Hear in the last year i bought a 03 evo viii in cruses, and came down on deployment orders so didn't get much time with only enough time to learn that whoever owned the car prior to me, well to put it politely STOP WORKING ON ANYTHING MECHANICAL! lol ok anyways '
i am looking for some advice and a tune lol i have a goal of 400hp and will be heading to better places with 93 octane in the next year so my question is if you where in my shoes how would you spend 5000.00 and some change on parts to get to my goal i already have on the car large front mount, exhaust, and for whatever unknown reason the guy a put an safc2 on it. i do own a cobb tuner for this car as well but have no experience with it and the guys here that are willing to do the work. i am not really interested in the mechanical aspect on most things but i do need help with tune. so any advice would be nice i am looking at turbo kits from stm, ets, ams, and buschur. something like a 6262 is the ball park i am in but looking for like minded suggestions. also when i get back in the fall would love to meet some of the other owners i see you guys on post and in the east alot. thanks for the advice in advance

turboup- thanks for the advice, the reason i have had my eye on 6262 is in the future i would like to push much more than 400 but i am stuck with this 91oct right now. any how i will look into the email tunes never delt with that. i have done some minor tuning on my own through forums and failure. so i am learning, i am more interested in someone who can steer me along the right path. Also when you get face to face with other tuners i feel you can get a much better feeling as to what you and the tuner wants as far as goals, just me though.
Anyone have any experience with products from speedelement.com?
