Ok so I have an 06 Evo 9 Mr. I'm In the process of replacing my clutch but i was wondering if you guys can help out. What is or would be the best clutch for me. My ride is bone stock except for a turbo back exhaust. My future plans would be to upgrade the exhaust mani, intercooler and the pipes, tial bov,cams not sure what kind, intake and then take it by a shop for a tune. Any input or advice would help out or if you can even direct me to where i can get a good deal on a clutch.

 

I'm very happy with my competition hd street disc clutch. Good up to 450tq. Just a little more firm than stock.

 

I just recently installed a Spec stage 2+, good for 499 tq, and so far im pleased. Its very DD friendly, no stiff pedal.

 

Spec stage 2, had it for 3k miles and its been great. A little stiffer but very streetable.

 

i would say ACT 6 plunk clutch with a heavy duty presesure plate. i am making over 500hp and its holding up very good
