They always ask me things like "Why do you want a day off? Does it have to be THIS day? Aren't they having another event like this next year? Why didn't you tell me about this six months ago?
I'm glad you had fun though. So yeah where are the Pics and did you take people in your car? How do the minis drive? And when is the next event? Can you give us six months warning?

This was about 3 weeks ago just my 2 cents
Ok.. I went to the sign and graphix place that I know.. For the stickers.. I figured to have them designed in an oval shape that kinda outlines the graphic itself.. (follows the curves)... They said that approximately 50 stickers would be about 5-7 dollars a piece.. So you figure 6.00 a piece, that would be right at $300.00 The stickers would be about 6" long by 4" tall.. In an oval shape...
As for the shirts, I hope Element has a hook up cause this guy says the following.. For black shirts with the logo on the back and the name on the front breast: it's a one-time setup fee of $300.00. Then each shirt would be $8.00 a piece.. With a minimum order of 36 shirts... (3 dozen)... Yikes..
To have them in white would be slightly less: $200.00 one-time setup fee, and $6.00 per shirt, minimum order of 36 shirts...
So it's $588.00 for black shirts=36...
And it's $416.00 for white shirts=36....
What are your responses? No flames please...

if i can get home before 5 anytime this week then i'll try to get to the decal place here in hialeah...I'll call the shirt place again tomorrow and see whats up i doubt it;ll be that much though...this guy specializes in family reunions and stuff so i'm sure he has to keep his prices competitive cause i don't hear about too many family reunions happening around here...
Both Bill Seidles-Davie and West palm MItsubishi( the places that quoted me the lowest prices) offered me the loyalty rebate...they said they can't me the maximum loyalty rebate which is about 4000 but i can get the 1000 rebate....we'll see what happens i'm in the negotiating stage still...i want them to lower the price a little more...I want to pay 27500 with tax tag and title included...that might be asking too much but i'm gonna try my damndest....oh and Scott I'm trying to get the 03...I may be wrong but since it'll be a year old i'm hoping i will get some small break on insurance...plus it's the original release...

Well, you can't beat the $6.00 a piece for the decals.. But the shirts are a little high.. These guys only do that stuff... Mainly sports shirts like jerseys and stuff for baseball and footbal...

Good Morning,I got a call from a guy named Aaron Bitterman yesterday. He owns a company called Speed Ventures. The website is

They are having an event at Sebring International Raceway on the weekend of April 24th & 25th. What they do is put on open track events. 2 days are $350. This is alot of track time and he is working to try and make an EVO Class.
IF anyone is interested, please get in touch with him at the website e-mail or he will post something up here. This is something that would be a good experience.
Let's see what kind of interest we can get going.

Speedventures sounds good but we should do it as a group to keep the price down. We should discuss this at the next meet.
BTW Chris. What will a couple of days at sebring do to our tires? AutoX is one thing but I really can't afford new tires for a little while. I just replaced the AC unit in my house. (~$800)

Look what I came across.
Ok Guys get this... I'm helping a coworker sell her son's car and showing her where Autotrader.com is and what to do when I look in the Mitsu section and there is someone selling a red Evo 8 in perfect condition for $25000. It is being sold for personal reasons and it is in the Broward area. Oh and there are no pictures of this Evo in perfect condition.
So what's the first thing that comes to mind????
BTW Guillermo there is also a black one for sale for 23,900 (I think) if your interested. I know you want a new one but if you can't swing the financing this might be an option. It has a picture and it looks whole.
