^all this they were willing to cover but had to get a decisionn from the Allstate Adjuster guy.

*i also notice after i got it back there were scrathes on my seats...

side view mirror and hood we got out the way rly quick... the hood they will replace it for a newone, and the side view mirror tehy will repaint. the body shop was by far the most helpfull body shop i have ever been in. they work with surveys and that is probably why they are so good. but the advisor and the manager there were great guys and were willing to help.

the Allstate guy was good enough to order a new hood for me. but the problem arised with the Seats... he wanted to take them to a shop that works on leather to have that piece of leather (where the scratch was) replaced. WTF. after i gave this guy a speach of what a Recaro seat is, he still had doubts, he calls the shop that will suppously repair this leather piece. BAMMMMM he got shot down as soon as he said RECARO SEATS, the guy he talked to told him there is no way he would ever be able to match the quality of the seat (leather).
Allstate guy now aims towards me saying some **** about "if the item is an item that wears off, teh customer has to pay a %..."(<this has a name but i cant remember) right then and there i flip out on teh guy. not cursing nor none of that but i gave him a piece of my mind, and he left the office saying he would have to talk to some other adjuster to see how much i was gonna have to pay outof packet.

-now belive this:
the guy has the nerves to offer me $200 to live with the damn scratches on my fkn seats that dont even have 12k miles of usage. and just the upper part of the seat is ~$2700, and i need driver, passenger, and passenger bottom seat aswell.

as i leave the office on my way to work, he calls me and says that they had discused it, and that i didnt have to pay ****, cause it was more then one item. i payed my deductible already tho, so i cant belive they wanted to charge me more... fkn ppl.

damn what a day.... the guy tells me that they cannot afford to give me a rental anymore. so the bodyshop manager offers to cover it BAMMMM.

King Collision Center FTW. even tho they missed a couple of things, that were probably my fault too for not mentioning anything, once i brought them up they were more then willing to help me get everything resolved.

Rudy.
Insurance guy is right. (you should read your policy) It's a wear item, either you get a used seat or it should get repaired. Did they catch the guy who threw bricks at your car? You could always take him to small claims court and get whatever you spent on out of pocket expenses including the deductible.

yea he said it was on the policy, but i think is ~absurd.
they can not repair them. they have to order new ones. i just have to wait until they get them.
nah the bricks "are to rough to get finger prints out off them"...so they wont catch them unless they catch them in the act, either the cops or ppl.
thx for the tip tho ill keep it inmind if they ever find them.

MY first dog/family dog went missing yesterday . MY mom left him in the porch andi t looks like the screen didn't lock. When she came home she found duck crap infront of the porch so single Blackie hates ducks i'm sure one was curious and he chased after it.

One of the saddest days of my life, spent nearly 3 or os hours looking for him after my mom told me yest, and i've been looking for him since 7am this morning w no luck

oh man, that sucks. have you tried calling those ~"animal centers"? to see if theyve pickd him up?

on another note: i installed my innovate WB, what a pain in the a$s. im having some problems with it, today it displays 22.4 frozen on the screen, bleh. at least yesterday it was giving me some readings lol. ill have to recalibrate it today after work... see if that fixs it. when i start the car it goes up to ~14.# and then it shows 22.4 frozen, but yesterday it was going up to 22.4 and then bounce into giving me the readings, now it doesnt...
