that's only 2 evos. And they will sell much more, however, we don't know the particulars...not sure why it escalated. I would have never went to the dealer to get a code ran. Ever. Live and learn...

yea, thats 2 evos. 2 evos that i have got from them when i could have went somehwere else. anyway it was the egr.

 

bunch of idiots, I can't wait till i go there n try to get my calipers & wing changed under warranty. I haven't been there in over a year and last time I went i got the speech of don't mod the Evo we don't cover it after. I was like then why trick buyers into oh it comes w 100k warranty BS that shut the manager up.

 

haha. good luck with that. i took my car to them a while back for my calipers and the guy told me "were not going to be able to warranty it because you lowered your car and the calipers are now closer to the ground and may have been chipped from rocks" honestly, somebody that actually beleives that, should not work around cars.

I also got the modding speech during the argument. the tech manager says, "sir would you like me to show you in your manual where it says that if you mod the car you lose your warranty" so i told him " sir, would you like to me to show you where the law states that you have to prove that a modification caused the problem?" i feel bad for people that go into places like this with 0 knowledge of cars, and pay 90 dollars for them to "diagnose" the car (plug in obd, press read).

not me but i hope to mk it for the awd/usp bbq next month. Let's see what they tell me about the calipers I should videotape this . Next thing mai wing is messed up 2 cuz i lowered the car also and it's close to the ground

When I bought my car, the sales guy kept going on and on about the 100K waranty to the point of being really annoying. I had to tell him that I didn't give a $hit about warranty because I would soon void it anyway...he never mentioned it again.

I got both the wing AND calipers changed under warrantee.. If they give you schit about not doing, throw a fit because it is a documented warrantee issue.. Although, the calipers were changed at 27k, now at 57k they are all fading again.. It seems that the clearcoat is only good for 25k miles which is BS.. The wing is still just fine.. Good luck Yadi.. Remember, don't take no for an answer..

 

what dealer did u go to??? Yea my car has 18.5k miles now and the calipers started pealing at 15k. The wing i can re-clear but if they can replace it even better....


Any1 know where i can get car painted or bumpers???
