1. Relay(ground, 12v direct to battery, trigger from boost switch, output trigger to meth pump to spray)
2. Boost switch for on/off applications.(tapped into pressure source for set point of boost to send voltage to trigger side on relay to have pump spray...most go for 15psi, good window so you're not spraying at part throttle)
3. Tap bung into one of intercooler pipes(preferably as close to the TB)
4. Mount pump
Thats a basic setup. Add Failsafe.
5. Another relay maybe(zeitronix does) Labonte, Aquamist use both flow sensors, anything below a certain threshold then voltage is sent to your ecu if you have a patch, mac valve to either switch maps or cut boost.
My setup cuts boost to 12psi wastegate pressure when my zeitronix settings are met. These are through a/f, boost..
Little more detail to installing the meth kit/failsafe...but it's pretty straight foward, unless you're getting the complete Aquamist kit w/ DDS3...that's a project.
You may need to take it easy on your soldering. Last time you tried to install one of the easiest things in the world resulted in a defective radio.

Meth install typically doesn't require touching the ecu.

i installed my HFS-5 kit from aquamist and it can be a bit complex....but once you get everything good to go you are golden.....
mine is set to 15psi boost cut but i can just turn it off and run normal boost (24psi) if i run out and cant fill up right away.....
the dds3 box is tricky but nothing you cant handle
