let me just say this....an EVO is a dirrerent car...and the drivers are indeed unique and different....so therefore...the name must be also different as well as unique
and it does stand out better than "team evo"...dont u think.
however the ingenious name was brought upon by one of our loyal masters..who we only respect when he is in uniform and carrying a 9mm on his waist.
other wise he is just one of the founders who came up with the great "Name" idea.

I guess I've been gone for so long that I've never noticed the crowd of ppl that have signed on to this forum that just come here to rag on us. What happened to all the peace and love that we had when we first started this shiet? We never had anyone, not even one soul, come on to this thread and try to make fun of us, I hope this doesn't continue cuz I see myself leaving yet another forum.

Slow down there killer. I dunno where you came off reading my posts as being anywhere near threatening. Well, the TEMEVO thing I just wanted to learn the histroy, but the Volkswagen stuff, well, that really came from the heart.

 

GVR - The name wa really SFL (South Florida Lancers) When it was only two Lancers (me and Elemental Evo, GSG was a part but she didn't meet us that day but she did help) met! Than it just grew from there! As more and more ppl started to come into this net of friends, some of thought we need a change! So, I asked everyone to be honest and what needs to be changed on this forums? Alot of us said we need to come up with a more original name. So Jon, came up with TEMEVO. But, on the other hand we didn't want any of the ppl had Lancers to only think that EVOs can only come to our gathering, so we kept the SFL(South Florida Lancers) part on the name just for they can come and hangout also and be a part of us! But, trust me it has grown alot since we started! And know we do alot of things together like: Moroso, AutoX, picnics or just hanging out, etc. And now since we have Miami-Dade, Broward, West Palm and now Orlando represented, we are trying to see if we can make this a state wide thing, Since it still is TEMEVO/SFL! And trust me we help anybody that needs it! Ask anyone on here if we don't try help out your car or anything that is going on! If you need anything else feel free to ask and someone on here will answer! These are a great bunch of guys! Even though it might seem we are dissing each other, but we know it is out of fun!
