NVM it would also change the meth tune...
Yes. It would change the map. I am going to have a stock map which is rich as hell + the 14psi wastegate pressure...that way you help supress the knock and egt temps with the added fuel from the injectors where the meth was removing to make power.

So what brand is it ? So we do know a macvalve or valve of some sort is in the system.

I was reading that you can control boost ~14psi with teh Macvalve, just like with a GM selenoid... if i figure how to do this, it would also be a nice setup, and i wouldnt need the MBC no more...

lol i had to ask ALOT to make sure, but theres ppl saying that the macvalve is even better then teh GM3port cause it lasts longer, and it would do the same exact thing...

Tunning it ofcourse would be different then tunning for a MBC... i might get into this aswell (<might need your help). you should look into this... specially since you plan on getting teh DDS, you would be able to switch to a safe map with still a high (but safe) boost ~22psi... and you wont need the laptop to switch maps, with teh DDS, it automatically does it for you when you turn it ON(meth map) or OFF(safe map)

I don't see how a macvalve could do it seeing that it is either on or off. There are no degrees to it like a mbc and adjusting

it would work exactly the same way as a GM3port... heres a thread Evo_Kid made on how to control it... you would basically do the exact same thing...

the GM3port = Macvalve, which is also a 3port... dudical is running it like this, and also mentions it on his "howto"

This isn't new york...we have potholes, but not that bad. I've only heard of 1 person ever cracking their rim in SFL and that was a summabytch of a hole + good speed.
