I get 1 hour lunch and 2 15 minute breaks as per agency Policy. If that is too much free time then I really am 1 step up from a slave.

PS we don't get paid for the lunch hour. So I'm really here for 9 hours a day cause we MUST take our lunch. That way we are all here for the full time the office is open. And you know everyone waits till 4:30 to call us with all their problems. It's not like they could call at 8:00 or 9:00 o'clock. Well that' it... breaks over.
